For ages during the month of October, my Father’s (Sepulchure) skeletal minions have waged war against your towns and quaint villages. But this year, WE are going to create the largest army of skeletal players in the world and launch an assault to save our friends! Maximilian Lionfang is holding them captive in a seemingly impenetrable fortress. The Death Fog kills everything that comes in contact with it... but you cannot kill that which is already dead! Join my Army as a DoomKnight, an Undead Warrior, or an Undead Mage! Nine brand-new items will be dropping from our opponents-so don't hold anything back! Onwards to the Death Fog, my minions.. and onwards to victory!



AQW'S FIRST BIRTHDAY!

Your favorite MMORPG is turning ONE YEAR OLD on October 10th. Happy Birthday everyone! In order to celebrate this incredibly special day, a huge party is underway-balloons, presents, party streamers, and cake as far as the Undead eye can see! Since the heroes are missing, Twig-the fish and ice cream loving Moglin-has been put in charge of the festivities. Use the button in town called "1st Birthday" to go there. Wrapped Gift Boxes will drop from the mutant party mascot that Twig lured to the party! There are 10 different Gift Boxes to collect, but you can’t open them until November 1st. (No peeking) Who knows what surprises will be hidden in them? Also, the Party crashing monster will drop his weapons, armor, and helms, along with an adorable fish-out-of-water pet!



FIRST UPHOLDER ACHIEVEMENT

Founders are getting a special treat at the end of the month. Did you miss out on becoming a Founder? Well, you don't want to miss out on being a First Upholder! During the entire month of October, if you purchase any AQWorlds Membership upgrades or AdventureCoins, you will receive the title of First Upholder. This also works for players who upgrade using our cards found at Best Buy. 1st Upholder will be displayed as a new badge on your character page, in your book of Lore, AND it will unlock a super-special-uber-rare item!



Note: Did you upgrade just before this announcement? Do not worry, you are covered! As long as your character has a membership which is valid through October 31st, you will get the 1st Upholder Achievement too. Thank you for your support!
